Walking is available free of charge for all patrons at GFL Memorial Gardens and Northern Community Centre based on availability.

Walking Temporarily Cancelled
The free walking program at the GFL Memorial Gardens will be temporarily cancelled until further notice in order to facilitate the ongoing COVID-19 Community Vaccine clinics.
Walkers are encouraged to use a similar program at the Northern Community Centre for exercise (see below). Participants can register in advance online for a walking spot or in-person at the facility.
The City of Sault Ste. Marie thanks its citizens for their understanding during this temporary schedule change.
